All book sales are final.

Claims must be made within 60 days, with original receipt.

Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

No returns for special order or non-stock catalog and online-only items.

Laminated items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

You may cancel your order, or any individual items on your order, before your order has shipped.  Once the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel your order.

If your order has already been billed, a refund will be issued for the item(s) that have been cancelled.
